"Group Date" or so we thought...

So we organized this great group date with our friends Christi and Griffin but things came up and the other couples fell through. In the end it was a trio. My roommate Amberlyn joined Craig and I for a weekend of entertainment. We started the Kiera Knightly Pride and Prejudice although we didn't quite finish it. Sunday we all went to church together and Amberlyn got to meet some new people. We shared dinner with the Wuehler Family and then headed back to Sacramento.


Oh and you might ask what happened to the food we brought for the group picnic...we shared it with the family for Sunday dinner and they loved it!!! Yeah for Pecan Chicken Spinach Salad.


This weekend I also got to meet Craig's sister in law Vanessa and nephew Isaac. It was a lot of fun. I had fun getting to know them and enjoyed meeting more of Craig's family.

What a shock for Vanessa and Jim...they had no idea Craig had a girlfriend. What are trips home for if not to find out things you miss when you live far away.
